With a huge range of cuts of meat available, from your family favourites to something a little different, we have a great selection and the knowledge to get you the meat you need for the dish you want to achieve.
Cumbrian beef is among the best available and we provide it wherever you are in the country. Much of our beef comes from traditional older breeds, which has much better flavour, and all sourced locally in Cumbria from our farmers Steven and Sandra Garnett. More about beef
Salt Marsh Lamb
Our Salt Marsh Lamb is locally sourced from Cumbrian farmers. The lamb is grazed on the seafront marshland of the south Cumbrian peninsulas. The salty seas increase the levels of natural salt in the lamb, which makes the meat light yet sweet creating a unique flavour and tenderness that is sought for internationally. More about lamb
Pork, sausages and cured meats
We supply fresh, locally-raised pork, and our award-winning sausages are made on the premises. We also cure our own bacon on the premises, and we supply our own delicious pies, again, made on the premises. More about pork

Herb Fed Free-range Chicken
We supply local free-range chicken and free-range eggs. The chickens are fed fresh herbs, such as basil, chives, dill, coriander and various salads, from the age of 4 weeks. By changing their diet in such a way it enhances the natural flavour of the meat giving it a unique flavour. The meat also remains wonderfully moist when cooked. More about chicken
